Maritime Commission Award of Merit. This is another one of the pieces that came from the family of a US ship builder during WW2. Great piece with amazing detail showing the silver eagle with it's wing in the "V" for Victory. Well marked on the back with the Patent number and maker mark AE. Co. Utica N.Y. Beautiful piece!!
