Gorgeous Cased Iron Cross First Class by the Firm of C.F. Zimmerman. The Silver frame in front has a dark even patina hiding the silver frosting underneath. The The black magnetic core retains all of its painted finish and just has a great look. The back remains bright and frosty silver. The unique pin used by CF Zimmerman has the 20 mark on the underside. The case is also in very fine condition showing only minor age. The interior satin lid is still clean as is the felt lined base where the cross rests. The push button and spring work perfectly. The majority of the silver finish remains in the lid cross as well. Beautiful solid example!!
