This is the earliest example of the Marine Corps utility pocket knife. Nice example that was used but very gently. The blades have some dark spots here and there but not bad. The main blade and the spike blade show extremely minor sharpening early visible. This all metal knife has U.S. MARINE CORPS along the one side. This early version also has the CanOpener PAT. PEND stamped into the opener blade. This one has the brass liners and all of the blades snap nicely into place. This is really a super example of a hard to find knife.
