Very nice example of the Luftschutz M34 Square Dip Helmet. This one is really nice having a near complete decal. The blue painted finish is about 95% showing only minor wear. There are no dents or serious dings to the helmet. The outside shows the double protruding vents on each side. All four rivets retain their paint and have never been moved. The black leather chinstrap remains and is in fine condition. The interior faux leather liner is in excellent condition. There are no tears or holes just a nice original liner that remains 100% intact. In the dome portion of the helmet the original owner has is cloth name tag pasted in. The name Bach in this very early pre-war example. Also included from the Veterans Granddaughter is her hand written statement as to where the helmet came from. Solid example that remains in excellent condition.
