Very nice High Quality made Iron Cross First Class by GODET. Three piece construction with the silver frames having a nice even patina. The magnetic painted core shows some finish loss to each arm and the Swastika. The detail is very crisp and the Swastika a very high relief. The back is complete with its hinge, tapered pin and catch. Maker marked L/50 just under the catch for GODET. Very hard example to find!! The case is in great shape with no real issue. The base and white satin lid material is complete. There is minor wear to the Iron Cross motif on the lid but otherwise a very sound case. Very nice set!!!!
